Is it a watch or just the coolest gadget. It’s a bit of both as this Cellular Watch lights up each time you cell phone rings even when the ringer is off! What’s more it changes patterns so as the phone rings new amazing flashing colors appear.

picks up the signal of a nearby mobile reciving a call signal

I'm not sure at all, but it might have something to do with detecting the increased signal levels obtained when receiving a call.

However, now I'm out on very thin ice... .

There were external vibro clips that worked by detecting GSM signals of the phone. But they may react on other phones receiving a call or when you are talking!

oh, i think this might be like my car radio then, because whenever i get a call, about 2 seconds before, it makes a weird beep noise
