To help we'll need a bit more information from you. For instance...
1. Are you using a Windows PC (what version) or a Mac?
2. Do you have bluetooth hardware in your computer (internal or external USB 'dongle')?
3. What phone do you have?
First step if you don't have a bluetooth enabled computer, is to buy a Bluetooth dongle from somewhere like Ebuyer.
Once you've bought one of these, followed the instructions supplied with both the Bluetooth dongle and your phone, you'll be able to send files. |

SendFile 2.0 works great....Do a search on google.com for it. |

it's as easy as right-clicking the object and sending it to a BT phone.
(usually depends on the installed driver)

Yeah,
Like GOwin said, If you have the right drivers installed you should be able to right click on the file, the go to SEND TO> BLUETOOTH> Then if you have already paired the phone with the PC it will be on the list that appears, if not click other and that will search for all devices in Range.
This is definantly the easiest way for Windows XP though don't think it works on older version.
Alternatlivly go to MY BLUETOOTH PLACES and create a new connection with the phone (OBEX FILE PUSH) then open this connection. This will show you the folders on the phone, themes, tones and pictures. Go to the file you want to put on the phone, highlight it, pess Ctrl+C go to the obex file push, press Ctrl+V and it will copy the file across.
