ive got a T68i,and aT68m with the i software upgrade,niether phone seems to want to download themes or animated gifs etc over wap. has anyone else got the same problem or is it just me? also ive just installed mobile phone monitor,theme editor,sendfile and my pictures when i try to use any of these via data cable they dont recognise a phone being connected.i assume there is a set up menu somewhere but i cant find it! thanks in advance! |

Ss for transferring via WAP there is probably a data limit (usually 3kb) set to your network this is why you cant download them over wap. Some site have files with small data size that can be dowloanded - eg Esato matrix theme without background works a treat.

no its not original SE.whats the difference? when ive had nokias in the past ive used non original data cables and never had problems. i used phone back up from christersson.org with my T68m before the SW upgrade with no probs? |

Well yes it affects me on GPRS! Apparantly on some netorks (not Orange) you can ask them to increase the data transmission size - I haven't treid to do this on Voda yet because they simply wont know what the hell I'm talking about if I phone them! God sorting out GPRS was enough (marky.mark this excludes you as you seem pretty clued up mate)

got to the esato wap site and go the the themes section! www.esato.com is the same on wap!

im on O2 so ill check with them tomorrow,thatll be fun! they sent me gprs settings a week or so when i set it up,then the other day after the SW upgrade i called on six seperate occasions asking them to be resent,five times i was told it cant be done,they have no means of this ,then that it can be done but no one there at the time knew how! muppets! |
