Do i need to leave the Sim Card in?
Do have to remove the sim lock and phone lock? |

I dont think you need to bring the reciept even.

they dont need your sim card or phone lock
certain settings are lost such as wap so contact your sp
or
https://secure.mouse2mobile.com/clients/ericsson/jv/wap/
but counters (joysitick + sms ) are not wiped
rember to back up your phone book entrys to sim

Yep, servants are always useful 
I've got a mate who works in Birmingham I'll ask him to upgrade it for me, he knows the place better than me.
