I am having problems getting the phone & PC to talk to each other!
I have a USB & Comm port cable (with Dongle) but the PC dons't think a phone is connected?
Also where can I get a copy of DIV8x*... every sight I try fails to download!
CAN ANYONE HELP?

take a look at My PC does not detect my phone. What do I do? Here is what you can try... and see if anything there helps

cellular-support.com is the best place for your DIV stuff 
But if its a terminator dongle that you have. I really dont think you can transfer data with it.
