i tried to access BPI's site thru my P800 a number of times, but i cant. i have an active expressonline account, the wapsite asks for my login name and password even though i have already entered it. any suggestions?

it your service provider-GLOBE... like what they did to Y! Msngr...you can still access the site, but you can't login.

i dont see the point of globe blocking the site. what's the use of being able to browse, but not being able to log-in?

@rota under the pref tab, use cookies, its set to "always". is that it?

@rota-no problems w/ cookies. ive also experienced those not logging on problems even if using the paid internet apn.

i dont think globe would block bpi's site...their both ayala companies..plus it would be harmful to both companies

@jepaz i also used opera, but still cant log-in well i can log-in and reach the page where it says 'WELCOME", but there are no details under it. I even tried to email bpi and they asked me to use https, which i did, but to no avail.
@GOwin u think by changing my provider ill be able to log-in?

but why? i can access the BPI wapsite from my globe connection. why don't you check your settings again. if you noticed, the feedback is that everyone who posted can access the BPI wap site.

try clearing your cache and cookies.

i'm using bpi expressonline and seldom ko lang maencounter yung error message requesting for the user id and password.

Here is the setting that i'm using

there are really times when bpi's wap system is down. i already brought that to their attention and they are still figuring out the problem. clearing the cache sometimes works for me
