It's an advert of a Coffee. You watch a auto (I think a Lexus) drive down the road in hills and it goes behind a bush, the camera goes and car isn't there, you watch when it comes out and a ZOMBIE or what jumps direct in front of camera and screems and your heart just go weird from a nearly heart attack. Then it shows the drink.
