My HBH refuses to charge, it hasn't been used for about 4 months, and I followed the instructions which said " it can take about 30 mins for a red light to appear if you havent used the headset for a long period". Well I think 4 hours is enough !! and still NO charge.

The chargers I have tried (3 of them) all work fine on phones, desktop units, and other BT headsets..

So my question is (because i am fed up with holding for over an hour on the phone)

WHERE CAN I TAKE MY HEADSET TO GET IT CHECKED/REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY IN NW LONDON ?

I had a similar problem with my HBH-30. After a long period of time I try to charge it. As soon as I plug it in, the red light goes green in a second. I though "oops... problem", but I thought let it plugged in and see what happens. The device was fully charged as usual with the green light one. After two fully charges the indication light is displaying like it should be. From red to green!
