I bought a T630 some 3 weeks ago and I have the following questions (and problems too...)

Q.1) How do I disable the annoying click sound when you take a picture? I saw something on the tips section but there seems to be no "Quiet" option on my T630.

Q.2) How do I know which firmware revision my T630 has and which is the latest?

Q.3) I have a GPRS subscription, so I thought I could also send emails but at the shop of my provider the guy told me "email? that is not possible". Now, it is not the first time a salesperson doesn't have any idea of what he is saying, I use Telfort in The Netherlands.

Q.4) I can WAP, no problem, but when I access wap.yahoo.com I can enter my account, password but when I do submit it siemply comes back to the same login screen. Yes, the password is ok. Anybody tried that to access their Yahoo email account via WAP?

And then the problem... Sometimes when I am in a conversation the receiving volume drops considerably, so much that I can barely hear a voice (then I have to pretend I am listening I NEVER had this problem in the two years I owned my previous mobile (SE T65), it only began to happen with this T630. I don't think my provider is suddenly gone bad, the signal indicator shows almost full strength as when the volume is ok.

So, is this a known problem of T630's ? or is it normal because something it is doing?

there are various threads you can find about all of this but I will give some bief answers

1. you have to enter silent mode if you don't want the click, its the only way.

2. take a read of the Answers to the most common questions on Esato Forums (FAQ style) for firmware questions

3. sending and receiving emails is only possible with a GPRS/internet data account and not with a GPRS/wap data account

4. several people have recently reported problems with yahoo so take a look around for some of those threads
