since companies who give poor customer service are often mentioned on forums i thought we could give companies who give good customer service a mention.
for me most recently i had creative 5.1 speakers (with a new PC) where the centre speaker left a mark on top of my Tv.i emailed creative with pictures and there response was to collect my 'faulty' speakers and replace them with the new 7.1 Gigaworks speakers and a pair of speaker stands which is well over £300 worth of gear  | |

Sony: when my Playstation 2 might have been faulty, they sent me out two new consoles, and 2 new scart leads to test where the problem was.. in fact it was my TV that was broken. Problem: glitchy sound.
When Comet (where i got the tv from) took the tv in for repairs, it took them 3 visits to tell me they couldnt find a problem, then a month of the tv being in for repairs at the repair centre, only for it to come back faulty and they couldnt find a problem. I demanded a new TV which solved the problem.
So, good service from one company, bad from the other.
