qualcomm made a 6 ( s i x ) million pixels chip for 3g camera devices in japan!!!!!!! does anybody can find some pictures???i cant opened qualcomm pages!thanx! something from qualcomm- >>>>> Key Functionality

Even if the phone has a 10 mega pixel camera, the optics and the lense are still so bad that it brings the quality down like hell.

one thing must be clear.
IT IS NOT THE MEGAPIXELS THAT MAKES GOOD PICTURES!!!
Many megapixels makes only big pictures,but you need good lenses and very good CCD sensor as well (not CMOS) for good pictures.
There are many things to consider before telling that a camera is good. |

while i agree that that megapixels aren't as important as lenses etc.
BUT are you saying that cmos is worse than ccd? so in your opinion canon eos 300d is a worse camera than for instance f828?!?!?!?!?!?!?
i mean you can't judge which chip is better! read some articles! |

i think the biggest thing we need is a damn focus...but lenses can't move too much due to limited space...but i know soon enough this problem will be remedied...
can't wait till we have chips implanted in our brains and the size issue goes back to being something else. |

ok people !!!!! but six mega is much much better anyway!!!!!! future phones like s700 will be got ccd if you understand me????? anyway with 6 millions you can do it some jumbo pics ! Well 1,3 MP and the quality of S700 is way enough for me.. I mean who really needs a 6MP cam??

Remember here that this is in japan. They already have picture perfect video fones. So 6 mp is normal for them
