SESS has r6a while Smartnet does not upgrade that model yet . Isn't it supposed to be r6c?

Yup, you're right. Is the same software used for t610, t630 and z600? If yes, i should just tell the service center to use the one they currently have for t610 which is r6c

I think it is the same software used for all three phones since the faq is saying it.
