yo yo,
some news hot off the press, that maybe be old hat i dont know!?
according to my local SE rep the new P900 is going to be called Layla. and their will be another version of it called Alice.
He says he hasnt seen one and has no idea of specs.
can any one confirm if this is true?

Hi guys?? some hot news here.. i recently made a visit to my friend working in Sony Ericsson and he told me that Layla was for sure coming out and i can also confirm that Alice also is a second version coming out.. He showed me the pics of alice and they were superb.. it is black in color. this is not a rumor anymore.. It is gonna comeout soon.. and he sez when he gets a prototype for testing he wud giv it to me to test it too.. Lucky me.. he didnt allow me to take pictures of the fone as it he said was not allowed to even spread a rumor about it.. ok cya |

Alice is just a codename yet for it?? its not sure weather SE will keep this as the name/.. it is excellent .. cant beleive i even saw it.. its Stylus is amaziiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinnnngggg.. Blackish silverish.. its goona be hell of a model.. Video Call.. and other stuff.. all u expect for.. Keyboard.. mp3.. my friend in SE also told me that this time one more thing will be in the package.. SE is gonna give away old model of their Bluetooth headsets for free in the package.. Mayb HBH-35 he told.. gonna be cool. warranty will be 2 years this time for the model.. ANd online update will not be allowed cuz he told that becuz of online update.. soooooo many ppl had to visit the service center cuz they themselves made a mistake.. so only SE will update it so that no. of ppl coming to SE reduce.. ihav more info but am busy on msn |

yes.. its smaller then the current p900.. its superb.. much smaller but the screen size is the same and yeah one more things.. The DUO PRO is gonna be supported on that.. DUO PRO guys.. we r gonna be lucky.. WOndering wt to do with my p900 when this baby is gonna cum out .. i mean come out.. and yeah the battery life will be better then p900.. the bluetooth will be 50m range.. u can detect bluetooth devices upto 50m.. and on the top of the mobile in the picture i saw i torch like thing and asked my friend wt was that and he told that a built in Torch cum laser pointer will be a function fo the mobile. sony ericsson is gonna kick Nokias Ass. ihave even more info but very busy on my msn so sorry.. laterzzzz

and yeah this is the p1000.. p1000 = p alice.. actually this is just a codename for it most probably it will be p1010.. that wt my friend told me .. he works as a Assistant manager and i beleive him.. |

a few question for alice
1:do you always need to use the keyboard, i don't like keyboards can you just detach it?
2: are the leds still there
3: how many aMh is the battery?
4: 65K or 260K?
so the layla will be a cheaper version without 3G, anything else missing on it?
With Ericsson and Nokia gone: we must keep their spirits alive and buy JOLLA or YOTA |

can it handle more than 128MB ??
we need 256 or at least 512MB for Pics, movies and mp3's.
if BT range is 50 Mt then a standard BT head set HBH-35 wont work more than 10 MT. i dont know many BT devices that go beyond 10MT. i was under the impression the next class of BT devices (which are currently available) have a 100 MT range to compete with WiFi.
