They are charging AED100/£18/$27 to uprade the T68m to i!!! There are no other SP's here so I'm stuck. I am coming to the UK next month, do you think they will be able to do it for free?

Should do SE pays them to do it. Ring up the SE number to find the service point nearest to you. |

OK, on that dealer finder, evertime I click 'Only dealers with a Service Point' & click go, It says 'Address not found'..
So can anyone tell me the SPs in Newcastle- Upon-Tyne or Cambridge?

Made a complaint to the helpdesk last night. When I rang them this morning, there were no arguments or nothing & they said free!!!!!

i am also facing the same problem here in singapore... the SE said we haf to pay ... but it is for the CD .... manual .. and upgrade ..

that's bullsh*t.... both the software on the CD and the manual can be downloaded from website... just a way for them to get paid for an upgrade which should be free.... |

It's better to call the support number instead. Their list is more up to date..... Mind was upgraded for free here in sweden...

the servicepoints gets payed for the upgrade. At least here in Sweden.

I think its useless in singapore. I told them off but they just simply tell you that they have approval letter from SE to charge the customer for the upgrade.
But I was just thinking maybe we can try the one over at the Accord cos its a different organisation. |
