Mostly vibrates and plays a little jingle. Only the geen LED flashes but it does walk!

It should vibrate, flash the green LED and screen, and vibrate some more.
It works better on a solid table where it walks forward then backwards
Make sure the file size is 206b, or it means it probably got cut off.

If it's on a good surface it will walk backwards.
Maybe it needs to be really really flat and level?  |
