It looks like there's quite a few people on Esato who like modding their cars.... take heed of the following! It all came from http://www.topgear.com/carbage where there's plenty more pictures like these, including modded Volvos, Trabants, and even Fiat 126s 
If anyone has any pictures of cars that have been well and truly molested to a laughable level, stick them here!
Can anyone guess what car this WAS?
This was once a Renault 5 until 'modded'

The top pic look kinda like it was a volvo 850 which has had grafts from other cars put onto it (looks like a vauxhall bonnet). The headlight shape looks familiar. They look like they are Rover 200 series made by Mynheer (i know they are aftermarket)
The owner has put a lot of time in to do the work (if he did it himself) but doesent look like much thought was given when deciding what parts should be used.
nice rear fin though. I think the producers of the new thunderbirds film have just found out where Thunderbird 1's rear wings had dissappeared to

btw, I don't want to diss everyone who 'mods' their car, just those who go over the top, or do, er, questionable things to thier pride and joys! There's making your cars look good, and then there's ricing the car to death, and ones that just look wrong!

Saw the volvo on a local tv station while it was in the body shop. Must have had a lot of £££'s spent on it! The last car the pink punto has also been recently mag featured, i think as i have deffinatly seen it somewhere before.
