T610 master reset has stopped working |

The 'reset all' option now only does the same as the 'reset settings' option. Instead of clearing all the data. Anyone know why or of another way of doing it? Thanx in advance.

What fw u have? Take out the battery and try it again.

Tried taking the battery out but no different. Fw is RC3002

try pressing the "c" button while youre resetting

Not sure if it's connected to the reset problem. But i lost about 600k of memory when Reqwireless webviewer crashed the phone. That's why i wanted to do a reset to get the memory back.

Your best (Or more to the point...Last resort) is to send it off to an SE Service Centre. You won't get anywhere though. They'll just send it back to you with exactly the same problem and you'll give up and throw it or something. lol |
