 that's what I meant
  since you can't remove the battery those two ways are the only way to get it working again if it freezes.... if it doesn't help you either must open it yourself (avoiding the warranty) or leave it to a servicepoint. |

 | I think there definitely should be a reset button on the T65  Once the phone jammed and the led just kept on blinking although I had taken off the sim card  fortunately the battery was almost empty so my phone shut down by itself under the night. |

 | ya can press # and 1 at the same time to reset it, it switches itself off then powers up again on its own, at least mine does! |
