If you bought your phone from Orange you can get the upgrade for free at a shop which deals with repairs. If you bought it from bt/O2 you can get it done for free but you have to send it to a place in warrington. I cant remenber what it is called.
Does any one know cos if i can, i will go tommorrow cos they have deffinatelly got it.
Does any one know a web site that has bus times and stations cos i dont know how to get there from ormskirk/liverpool!!!???
Thankyou

I bought my t68 on orange but got it upgraded at cpw
you don't have to have purchased your t68 from them
pay them to upgrade your phone.
see http://www2.carphonewarehouse.com/NASApp/commerce/gben-contact-LocateStore?GEOCODE=UK
for your nearest store.

Yes I've talked to them before - seem pretty clued up depending on who you speak to. Never got round to going down though as I ended up getting my last T68m replaced with a T68i by Voda so didn't need to use them in the end.
Need to go before 4.30pm to get your phone flashed but you don't need to make an appointment.
Let me know how you get on because I will be using them soon to get the latest sw for my phone.

Danny,
I presume you will get on the Liverpool-Machester line. If so, get off at Warrington Central, exit the station then turn left. Follow that road for ages (goes down the main high street past Boots, WHSmith etc). You will eventually reach a massive roundabout after 5-10 mins. Take a left at the roundabout towards Homebase, Fatty Arbuckles and a big sports store (sorry, not been there for ages, the shops might have changed). It is further down that road. Definetely within walking distance. Watch out for the Mr.Smiths nightclub. It's a dive.
