went by the Swedish SC Anoto yestarday to get my phone updated
 ....had read earlier at esato some swedish guy had been there and got his phone updated!!......guess I got a surprise when they told me the update had been withdrawn and postfoned till wednsday....This is just my luck 
There must ba a problem with the update, otherwise they wouldn't do something like that!

we have upgraded several phones without any problems.... I haven't gotten any info (it's not anything written on the server either) that  have withdrawn it...

can says this much... Engström Telecom (located in several places around Sthlm) does the upgrade... |

ok wich one is closest to me??....I work in Sundbyberg and live at Söder......tell me, plaese ......by the way Cytech, how much money do you guys get from SE for each upgrade?....as I understand it's easy money for you guys.

we had a service point at GEAB Söder, but this servicepoint is about to close, don't know if they have done it yet... else there is in Nacka, Kista and Östermalm, addresses can be found on the website... a good idea is to call first...
we doesn't get much money for doing the upgrade... so it's not a big income...

Cytech: I called around to several service centre.. they are all saying that they can't perform the upgrade because the EMMA II server is closed. So they are not aware of the fact that the upgrade can actually still be done. Hmm.. are they just plain stupid?

if have removed it (haven't checked it, since we have it downloaded I have no reason to check it ) and they didn't download the software when upgrading the phone online they can't do the upgrade... |

because i have had a phone call with czech republic this morning and they have say that is no upgrade for our country in this moment

I feel very sorry for the people that have to wait now since some SP's didn't find out how to get the software downloaded. I just got mine updated, and I must admit, it was worth the wait. |
