I know this topic has bee covered many times here, but I have tried everything that has been suggested and still cannot get this to work.
What I have:
Ambicom USB bluetooth dongle
ES T616
SE Mobile Phone Monitor
XtndConnect.
What I have tried:
I have check my ports to find that Bluetooth serial is on COM4. So, in MPM have set COM4 to Enable/Reserved. All others are Disabled/Unreserved.
In my Bluetooth Neighbourhood I can "see" the phone - ie it has been discovered.
At this point, I am assuming I need to run MPM to connect to the phoen before running XtndConnect? Anyway, MPM always fails to find the phone.
Please help.... |

once my phone is recognised. I pair it. Then I go into outlokk and click the syncronise tab a the top. It then works like a dream.

Just an update for anyone else who reads this topic.
I finally mad some progess by buying a different USB device - Kensignton. I don't know if the device itself is better, but the software certainly is.
Everything seems to be working fine.
Stay away from Ambicom. |
