Hi, thought it might be a larf if anyone posted their personal mobile progression ie. first phone to last phone with a few comments on each phone good/bad.

Here is mine:

1. Nokia 6110 - Jumped in a the deep end here £120 with Vodafone, brilliant phone though.

2. Ericsson 1018s - got as a freebie when my screen died on my first phone, cludgy menus, v robust, good signal everywhere. BTelecom.

3. Nokia 6210 - £30 from Vodafone, again an excellent phone, but lacked signal strength and screen died.

4. Sony Z7 - wanted the Z5 but made myself wait, took some getting used to but very robust and small but with big keys for my big fingers.
£70 Phones 4U on Vodafone

5. Sharp Gx10 - loved this phone sleek and sexy, good features, some niggly menu structures, great screen, excelent signal strength, using as second phone at the moment. Vodafone £0...

6. Sony Ericsson P900 - Again from the moment i saw it i wanted it, great cross between PDA-Phone packed with features, few minor issues, excellent screen, signal strength good. 1 week old, it's my new baby... Bit the bullit and changed to Orange, phone was Free.

So there you have it not many phones in the last 7 or so years, changed my number 5 times in that period and heres hoping things will progress at this exponential rate for years to come, and we get a few more standards we can rely on...
