No idea, I got 58 on mine but I havent taken it up to its limit yet, I normally delete my SMS's after they are of no use to me, just been lazy for while  .
It also depends on the size of the USIM. |

Ive had 3 loan phones and had my A835 sent bact twice and I keep losing text! Does anyone know the limit?

The amount of texts you can store on any sim is defined by your network upon them placin the order with Gemplus. Best call your network for confirmation-but usually between 10 and 20. Walrus :-)

My network is so crap I doubt they'd have an answer. Even if they did I still wouldnt try them.
