i would also like to know where to find this about. i heard of a program that lets you get on most of the IM services but i dont have a link or anything.

There is one for Windows which I think is called Trillian. I am not sure if there is a Java version though.

agile messenger is good for series 60's phone (not sure what 7600 is)

I use Cmessenger java app for Y!, MSN, ICQ and that works pretty well.
best do a search for the link cos I don't have it anymore but I got it off esato.
Trillian does have a mobile app but unfoprtunately it's not independent and will in effect only work when you're next to your PC (I'd guess via ) but what's the use when you're at your PC anyway

There is one java app you can get it in www.softonic.com is called:
IM+ you can get all in one MSN, ICQ, AOL.... and more. I can't use it cuase problem with my wap provider, I hope you can!!! |

actual j2me im clients that doesn't use jabber is hard to come by.
agile is one, not sure if it'll be free. It's not out for j2ee either yet. But soon?
