As some of you know, I took my T68 back to the store i bought it from about 2 weeks ago. That was the second or third time now. deemed my original model irrepairable and gave me a brand new one with R2D005. The only trouble is is that the bloody thing wont turn on!!! I'm gonna go mad if nothing gets done about it, and am thinking about making a formal complaint. |

Have you tried to get another "brand new" one??
In Sweden, and maybe in some other places, we have something called broken on delivery or whatever it was called.
Some guy bought a T65 and the display was damaged, and he did get a new one!

I've gotta take it up to the store tomorrow morning,(27 miles away) and theyll replace it. AGAIN. I really am getting fed up of this, as the bus fare to get to the shop is £5, x that by 6 and youve got how much I have paid for upgrades and repairs. Not happy |

Try out the phone in the store before you leave, that will save you another trip if it breaks and plus you will have witnesses to prove it wasn't your fault. |
