sometimes my t68 crashes, screen just freezes.
what causes this?
is it a software fault?

Yeah, try updating the software on your phone at one of the serivce centres. |

This is a common problem a software update usually can fix it. Mine has done it a couple of times on gprs. Hold NO down for 10 seconds to turn it off. Ed
