type in the address of the picture ie tagtag.com/marlonstuff/imagename.jpg
or put the image onto the site using the creator on tagtag

When i use the Tagtag tool it tries to show the picture

You can just go to the site where the picture is on the phone and click on more and save picture.

I dont understand what you are saying i dont want to see the pics i a link to click on to download the pics

A link to download an image would look like this below,click 'edit post' on this (my) post to see the code 
image name
Edit,thinking about it,i dont think you can do this on tagtag,if that is where you want to do it
