Hi, Welcome to Esato
I'm sorry but I don't think that sound could really be made into midi because midi is more for music than sound effects
There might be a midi sound somewhere that is like it though, but even if you find one, it probably won't sound exactly the same.

But a 32 bit speaker has to produce reasonable results.:)

Ciao ruzena! Welcome to Esato!
I assume that you are looking for the sound named "Squillo telefonico moderno". Am I right? If so, there is a sound with that same name for the SE T610 as well. I don't know if the sound is the same, but at least the name is the same...
Have a look at Squillo telefonico moderno

It depends on whether there are any midi instruments that can be 'blended' to produce a similar sound, like how the T610's 'Old Phone' ringtone is made up of 'glockenspiel' and 'cow bell' instruments. I don't think there are any instruments that could create a perfect replica of that electronic ringtone although you might get close
EDIT: Actually, that one for the T610 is pretty close. Still, I can't wait for the K700, mp3's as ringtones

@ruzena: If the sound intended for the SE T610 is in MP3 format, then there is definitely something wrong. If it really is, I recommend you to contact the site administrator/owner.

It's not a free ringtone site. You have to download the T610 tone via an sms payment. The mp3 file on the site is the preview of the tone, not the tone itself. There are instructions on how to buy the tone at the bottom of the page.
Edit: Just double checked and it certainly looks like you need to send an SMS, even if it is 'free'.
