hallo everybody

I have a moto A925 3g phone and i´m think i have a dead pixel.how can i now if that is a dead pixel or just dust?? thanks

hi, welcome to esato ,

try looking at the screen from different angles to see if the item stands out from the screen, if not then it is probably a dead pixel, if it is a new phone it should be covered by warranty for this sort of thing, so take it back to where you got it and ask for it to be fixed/replaced.

But don't take the phone apart to try and remove it if it looks like dust, as this will void the warrenty.

when i´m looking at the screen from different side i don´t see the so called dead pixels more..do i have a dead pixel on my screen or??

Ugh...no, it's dust. a pixel will appear on the screen at any angle, dust will appear slightly elevated at an angle.
