I currently own T630,which i love a lot.but it's java functionality is limited as u all know that it doesn't support MIDP 2.0,so it means we can't use java applications which requires GPRS for e.g. Instant Messenger Programs etc.etc. If compares to Nokia 6600,it's great coz it's a symbian series60 device, and also MIDP 2.0 i.e much more customizable. But only thing which stops me getting 6600 is it's SIZE,I want you people who used 6600 and as well as T630,can u tell me that what about the size difference?doesn it look awkward to hold a 6600?or is it allright to have one???I reallly need Symbian.Give me your suggestions.Plz...

yes you are right, 6600 looks like an egg and t630 has not symbian so you gan go with p800 or p900 maybe...

I posted in another thread when someone was asking about the 6600 not long a go so have a search a few other people put comments in.
in case you cant find it i will let you know my findings.
my friend go one and its not a bad phone in terms of the size yes it is bigger than t630 but not massivly bigger and i am sure you could get use to it
its cheaper in the uk than a p900 you could get the 6600 free on some cheap monthly contracts (around 20 pounds a month)
might be worth looking at the p800 as someone else suggested as they are quite cheap now may be not as modern as the the 6600 but still great phones.
best thing to do is go to your local mobile shop and try it out for size etc

I have t610 and 6600. 66 is way better. Lots of apps and opera. I dont think k700 will come close to it! Except the camera.

thanks ! I get it.actually i got a 3650 in the past,It was sooooo huge that after that,i really got bored to get any symbian phone.and when 6600 came out, though all of it's features,i was still afraid of the size, but as you told me,that it's not as huge, but a little bit bigger, its allright if you see the features it possess.
No,K700 is the successor of T630 or the competitor of Nokia 6230.It's not a symbian device. But at least MIDP 2.0 technology

I own both. The nokia 6600 will be slower software wise. Probably it will be the same like the nokia 3650.I founded a bug in its sms. When you write a long sms, when you reach the 3rd sms,the phone 's screen would go blank. But basically the phone is good and the screen is the best.BTW WHY DON'T YOU JUST GO TO A PHONE SHOP AND ASK FOR A DUMMY PHONE ? YOU CAN HOLD IT TO BE SURE.Just a thought ,would you consider xphone from O2?
