I have drawed some phones with cool look and design! I have in my mind and have drawed also most of the look of the operating system and how it works! I am going to do a 3d picture of it in my pc (like on try the phone at SE) Is there any way that i can let made these phones? Sell se the idea? I want my ideas to be real or as dummy phones! I dont wanna show any1 the pics! Just my friend because i dont want no1 to steal the idea because i dont have © or ® is there any way for me to get these ideas to be real

difficult to sell an idea for a phone design to a company. basically because there is a cost in proprietary copyrighting. owning the design for a phone then would have to have very specific and uniquely identified shapes, outlook or composition. technology then becomes a question. have u designed the hardware? have u programmed the OS or is it a graphic skin only? many unanswered questions here.
remember that even if you do copyright a design, either noone could pick it up (buy it) hence no phone OR companies could avoid infringing on the uniquely identified parts and simulate the rest [potentially also they could redesign a new phone with yours as a basis but incorperate new technologies which would enhance your idea (from the resources you know are avaliable now) but make it look just enuf different to avoid extra cost]
IMO send it to them and ask for credit if they use the design, hey your not rich monetarily but hell, you get some recognition.

I havent programmed the operating system or the software because i dont know how to test him can i made the operating system and programs and try on p*00? Would it be much expencive for me to let a company do the phone for me or should i start my own lol! Dont know how in the hell and where to make the hardware and the look........

Lol...are u joking? its very complex, but if u took phones and modded them, it would be easier.
