How does the T68 sync with Lotus Notes and Outlook Express? |

I believe you have to buy the programm because you need:
XTNDConnect PC - for synchronizing your phone and your favorite PIM (Personal Information Management) applications, such as Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, Symantec ACT!, and others. The XTNDConnect PC is needed for anyone wanting to synchronize his or her phone with a PIM application other than Microsoft Outlook. The Mobile Phone Monitor, software interface between your Ericsson mobile phone and the XTNDConnect PC program, has to be downloaded separately if you choose to purchase XTNDConnect PC online.

I've tried installing it, but the T68 was not in the software list (Outlook, Notes, R520 etc) |

Nope, the link given by herboan is not the trial version of XTNDConnect for pc but the final release. |
