network response problems T-Mobile US GPRS over Bluetooth |

My laptop is configurated to use T-Mobile GPRS to connect to the internet. The connection is established with a P900 (used as a modem). The P900 is connected to the laptop via Bluetooth.
The setup is working, but I always lose connection after a little while. I am surfing the net and all of a sudden there will be no more response from the network, while the laptop still sends data out.
When I bring up the status of this connection by clicking on the icon in the Win XP system tray, I see that there is still activity sent out ("Bytes sent" is going up constantly). However, "Bytes Receives" is not moving anymore. And the value "errors received" is always at "2" when the connection quits working.
Any ideas? |

I called support last friday when I set up my e-mail account with T-mobile in the US. I said I had trouble sending MMS. The support girl said they are experiencing outages with the GPRS and gave me 50 additional minutes for the next 90days. Sometimes I browse without problems with my P900 and sometimes I am just stuck. All trouble is during the day when everybody and their brother is bogging down the GPRS network. NO trouble so far in off business hours. |

I just tried a T68i instead of the P900 with the exact same results. |
