T310 refusing to receave files via IRDA |

Whenever I try to send a file from the pc to the T310 I get the following message
The Transfer failed, An error occurred while wireless link was connecting to the other device. An existing connection was forcibly closed by remote host.
I get this on two different computers that the irda device is connected to (sigmatel 4012) Both pc's running XP pro.
I am able to send from the t310 to the pc though and FMA works fine too.
I also managed to test sending files to phone with a siemens S45 and it worked no problem with that (rules out the irda device anyway)
Any idea's into this?

I know some people have used this device with t68's at the very least and after rulling out all the tranciever types, connection speeds and turnaround time options, also updating to latest drivers from sigmatel (which infact made FMA struggle to maintain a connection) im all out of idea's
I also tried Christersson SendFile which can detect the phone but whenever trying to send a file just says connection failed
