Hi everyone!
Not sure this is the right forum for this and if I've posted this to the wrong place, I appologize.

I'm currently developing a J2ME-application for a school project of mine. It is an expense management program and I'm testing it on my Z600. My question is simple, when you're adding commands such as an okCommand, in the emulator it show's up to the left as the default command, but on the phone it shows up to the right. To the left is "Select", which does nothing at all. The fire key on my z600 seems to be bound to the left kommand at all times. My question is, does anyone of you smart people in here have any tips, guides, tricks or such on how to program Java for SE phones, as they seem to interpret the code in a somewhat odd way?

Thanks in advance for all help...

Yeah, I have, for hours and hours. But it seems it's completely lacking information on why the SE java VM interprets the code so strangely. :/

welcome to esato!

hope your project goes well. i recently registered for sony ericsosn developer and i haven't really got into it but the website is full of info! have you tried using google or the esato search? I am sure there will be someone with some info. Or alternatively wait and when we are asleep the other half of the world will be on Esato and they might have some answers
