I've been coming to Esato for quite a while now, but recently I've been very disappointed... there are so many pathetic, useless topics which people obviously just post to get a high post number. But let's not forget: There may be a high number next to your name, but if 1000 of your 1002 posts are crap, that is also somthing people will remember. When commenting on a post I try and think if my little bit is necessary and I try and help people if I can. Also people here, instead of "editing" their previous post, prefer to write a second, or third one....

The forum is getting REALLY big and just too large to go through if everyone is just posting crap. Maybe all the topics and posts that haven't been visited for months or that are out of date should be deleted in order to make it easier???

We all love Esato and we should all try and make it interesting for others to read, not just for your own amusement. I'm not going to mention any names, because I think the people I'm talking about know who they are....

u r totally right arroyootje! Some people open topics as "T68M upgrade is HERE" and then you are all happy and when entering the topic, you find out someone stating that his phone is sent away to a SC and that he will receive his phone upgraded in 1 week... very very annoying

I think all the useless topics should go to the Garbage threads
But once they are there isn't any harm in them

Yes, I totaly agree! It this forum has turned negative, it is to much: f**k SE, This is my last SE, and to much frustration! I know pepole is angry because they haven't got their MMS update yet, but the negative altitude doesn't help!

I hope this will be better!

I agree that jokes don't harm anyone, but is it neccesary to make a new topic for each joke... go and check the garbage thread it out.... there are posts that have NO USE AT ALL just people quoting, writing numbers, one smily.... rubbish like that....

There should be a little more recycling here I think...

Peace!

@brownjs: Jokes don't harm anyone, but if you place things like your "14 year old with an 11 year old daughter" then people will just think you're a liar and not really listen to what you're saying!!! My advise to you

Agreed, I just can’t stand reading when people post crap about the T68m and T68i in the General forum. Please post something constructive for us to work on in the SE general forums, because as of right now, it’s filled with bullshit.

At least the GPRS forum has some interesting topics but no ones helping them on there.

Agreed, but I think the actual intention was for it to be for people who wrote garbage not really knowing they did and then it got placed in that thread (like a bin), but now there are people that should be crowned king of the garbage thread.... they just live there and use it as a way to 'score points'..... I don't think that is what it was meant for..... do you?

Wouldn't it be better to be known as someone who posts interesting facts or comments, than someone who WOW, has 2000 posts, but 1999 of them are " me too, haha, look, ....."
What a depth of intelligence!!!!

Calm what down????????
We're as calm as cucumbers in here, man! Just discussing, you are free to write down your point of view! No need to calm anything down yet... no one is being attacked, war has not yet been declared, don't worry....

Yes i see what ur getting at but if they are in the garbage threads then its not that bad its when u get all the other pointless threads in the 'main' forums that it gets a bit annoying. Ed
