eh?

You want to record midi sounds (instrumental..) in MP3 format?

Is this a sound file that you never had in MP3? Coz if there is one out there....

Then you can use PSMPlayer to make your midi louder.

EDIT: Here's a link of it: http://members.chello.nl/dondiegox1/v200/PsmPlay5.0.exe

Modplug tracker is a free program that allows you to save midi files as mp3s:

@Vlamm + DareDevilUk

Just to bore you both to death, I know of a very good reason for wanting to converting midi to MP3

This 'Modplug Tracker' program that I keep raving about on Esato is used by many amateur musicians to, well, make music. Often, the files that these people offer for download (for free) are in .xm format which is a more advanced version of midi. Admitidly, this format is not supported by mobiles at present which is a shame, but it's still usefull to have a program on your PC that can do the conversion to MP3 because a lot of these guys and gals come out with some really good tunes from time to time.

So, if you get tracker you can not only convert .mid to .mp3, you can also use this wonderfull resource of free and legal music to create some LOVERRRRRRLY ringtones
