Hi everyone, got a quick question. my friend wanted me to give him my T68i since i no longer use it with AT&T so he took it home and his cousin didn't know the pin so he blocked the pin, so now that i try to use the phone it asks to enter the PUK #... and if i'm not mistaken the PUK comes from the provider, if anyone can help or has gone through this or better yet, knows the PUK # it would be greatly appreciated it!!
...btw AT&T in the U.S. tanx!!!

Nobody can give you a PUK code because your PUK code has been made for your sim and your sim alone which means you'll have to contact your provider.

forgive me for saying so... but if you don't know the pin after 2 tries, you know you're not going to know it at 3rd try, why did he not simply switch it off and find somebody who DOES know the correct pin?

@nhs03: When you get your SIM-card from your provider you normally get your PUK-code as well. I assume you don't have it hidden somewhere...

ahh basically , the puk code is specifically for your phone so gotta contact you service provider, but it should be with the papperwork with the phone when you first got it

@swazi: The PUK-code is related to the SIM-card, not to the phone.

The puk code is sim card specific not phone specific. Never heard of a network code before, is it on contract?

well actually i decided to stop by the att store yesterday and thankfully they helped me out, didn't take long long...except the part where an airhead chick looked @ me in a very skeptical way not knowing what a PUK code was. she said "yeah, he needs help with his PKU number" ...airhead!!

@Twista go to o2.co.uk and you can get your PUK from there or call O2 and all they ask is number.
