Can I update my software myself??
I go my mobile... GAME the game was missing... typing was really slow so I sent a mail to the store where I bougt the mobile. They sent me an adress to where I should send my mobile and when I got it back they had not done anything! still the same problems.
Can I do it my self with a data cable? I don't want to spend lots of money on sending it inn if I can do it myself.

Sorry, but they are not problems, it is just the T65. The last sw is the R4, the game disappears but it will not crush like with the older ones. If you canīt live with that speed of T9 youīd better change the phone with something else (Ericsson "speed" has become already a legend!) otherwise I am satisfied with mine ... |

I forgot to say that you canīt upgrade the software by yourself. Check the software version with >*<<*<* ... 1 Service info ... Info SW ...
The upgrade lasts 30 mins by the assistance ... |

You can't do it by yourself. You have to leave it to the store (servicepoint).
