My sister got a phone when she was 11, actually she stole it from my mum. But I don't reckon you should get her one because it would screw up her health and it would get stolen from her.
Get here a Gamecube and you play on it all day.
If you "really" want to get your daughter a decent phone get her a 3410 its better than the 3310 or get the Sony J7. Nothing too flashy or expensive. |

Exactly. If they can pay the bill, then let 'em have it. You can buy them a decent, cheap phone as a gift, but then it's up to them to pay the bill.
This is what I had to do, my parents refused to buy me the phone, but didn't tell me I couldn't have one. (Though I was 17 when I got my phone  ) |
