Bluetooth Dongle Software Question |

Hello! i have a BT dongle and im using an old software for it... is it possible to use a newer version of software or even to use a software from other bluetooth manufacturer... is it possible?
using my BT headset with that older software isnt possible and thats a problem for me...
and if its possible, where can i download those softwares?

is the software what originally came with the dongle? if so, chances are the dongle won't support the headset profile anyway so changing software won't help.
it might be possible to update the software but you'd have to contact the manufacturer - try checking for downloads at the manufacturer's website first, then ask them via email would be my suggestion. not all manufacturers will offer ongoing software updates for old products. otherwise you might need to find someone with the same dongle as you but a newer software version and borrow the CD.
oh, and don't use software from a different product because it probably won't work (maybe if it's the same manufacturer but a later product, although i doubt it).
