I've created a petition for us to eventually send to Sharp and hope to get their attention regarding the software limitation of the GX30/32.
Please go to this link and sign the petition if you support the cause. Please make sure you provide your full name and email address so the signatures are all valid.
If you'd like to help further, spread the word about this petition to other people and other forums and/or put a link in your signature.
The petition page has a detailed letter to Sharp which outlines the changes we're asking for. Please look.

Good work with the petition. I hope your get a positive feedback from Sharp and they agree to let the phone live up to its potential, but unfortunatly I think you will be banging your head against a brick wall.
