This 30-foot stainless steel beacon on display in Middlesbrough, U.K., will change its color by receiving text messages sent to a (sadly, not specified) special number. The 'Spectra-txt' will receive its first text message from Tahiti, a small tropical island off the coast of Wales.

i come fromjust near boro and sadly he wont have paid himself he will have been paid by the local council who consider themselves artist as they have spent a fortune of local peoples money from council tax on art work. they dont as the people who pay it what they want to see they just go out and do it
they spent about 50k on a metal bottle made up of musical notes and another 30k on a statue that couldnt rust but some how did
both these peices are covered in graffiti and the graf looks far better |
