How to make wappages in xhtml? Is available some wap xhtml editor? Do i save pages as .xhtml? Or do i set some xhtml tags in php or htm pages? What are they and where to set them? In the head? And how do i set shortcuts at links? With numbers and * and #? Like the esato xhtml wap forum has? I downloaded some xhtml editor but dont knew how that works! Can i make wappages in dreamweaver? And how? Thanks for all help and tips:-D

Yes, you can make it in Dreamweaver. However, if you make a big page, then it won't be really suitable for phones. In the 2004 version of Dreamweaver, you can choose to make it XHTML compliant.

AceHTML is a powerful whateverML editor, and that includes WML. No need to use funky extensions, .wml (or .php of course) will do.

There's a free version of AceHTML available; you can always get a trial of the full version though. I think the website is acehtml.com, not sure though. Google it ;-)

I think some versions of MS Word may support saving as xhtml, not sure and I can't check where I am.

Well, you can for sure use Frontpage, I've edited xhtml pages in Frontpage before...works great, it makes it so easy.

Never tried Dreamweaver before...I think it get's more complex when using a prog like that...
Maybe I'll check it out later and see for myself!

I use both Frontpage and Dreamweaver. Even though it is hard to use, you can have better results by Dreamweaver (for webpages). However, in this situation, you don't need a big and fancy web site so I'd say go for the Frontpage.

you lazy bunch of girls!

learn the language and code the REAL way. Not just using crappy little macromedia and microsoft products, they are good but in the future it wont benefit you! sit down and read a few books and the coding will be with you for a lifetime. I use dreamweaver for the stuff that is impossible to code but even if you do use programmes make sure you learn the real way first and trust me it will help. i cheat yes and use progs but only when i understand everything just in case something goes wrong!

i didnt mean to dis u guys i jus wanted to say its better to learn the coding and then use the programmes so you at least know whats goin on! why make things hard for yourself but people like jellyellie do their webpages in frontpage and it is clearly visible!
