I have tried and tried to get this D**N thing to work and it is not working. I have downloaded the FMA and it says I needed to update it to version 31c. When I tried to update it is says I need to download a .dll file that I cannot find on the website. Also, I cannot get it to allow me to connect on my dial-up internet through my laptop, which was my main purpose for purchasing the cable. Is it me, or does Ericsson suck on helping with problems. I downloaded their Mobile communications package and installed the modem drivers for the T-300 (as it said in another thread here) and It is still not working. The set up wizard goes all the way to where it asks for connect type (GPRS or HCDSS) and they are greyed out and you can't select either one. SOMEONE please help me here. I am going bezerk. My OS is XP SP-1. Could this be the Problem?

1. You don't need FMA for modem connection.

2. Make sure the driver for the cable is installed correctly, that you can see it (or "prolific Serial USB adapter") under device manager with no yellow exclamationtion. Find out what COM port it is. Set the com port speed to 9600.
