English: i use Theme Creator Pro, you can download it here: http://tcpro.lasyk.net/downloads.htm
you could also use Sony Ericsson's theme creator, you can download it here: http://developer.sonyericsson[....]ls/multimedia/p_multimedia.jsp

As a tip, use something like Paint Shop Pro to make sure all the pictues etc. are the right size.
