Im not that into Laws, but i do think im able to understand the text - from SE Global Support pages regarding

The only way of understanding "from week 21" is the beginning of the week. In court its no other way of conluding the term from week 21 to be by end of week 21 or something else.
My conclution here is that SonyEricsson are promising something they cant hold. Someone able to test that in Court ?

Ive read the not aviable in all markets. At the moments its not aviable in any markeds, including the danish one.
The text "not aviable in all markeds" cant be understod in any other way then: Most markeds will have the upgrade, some (few) will not (of spesific reasons)

am i the only one who thinks this is all going a bit far? legal action?????its only a bit of phone software,the main feature of which you cant even use if you had it(MMS).yes SE should not give dates unless theyre going to stick to them but thats what companies do!the software will be available at some point in the not so distant future,so its a case of just waiting. |

Does have the possibility to use MMS, even to operate a service. Still my "leisure budget" doesnt allow loads of new phones every week.
My stupid problem is now that Ive made a plugin to a videoserver, and aint able to show it on a terminal in Norway.
As long as SE is holding back the firmware release - some of the promised land is far away.

From week 21 for me means:any time from week 21, so could be week 22 or 30 if they feel like it. |

i think the whole thing is out of hand and tiring now. we are talking about something that can hardly be used. legal threats are flying about from people who can't be bothered to check out their own rights first! the same people that bang on about charges and hardware differences. is this all we have to live for? if so then the sad ones of us all shouldn't own mobiles as we wouldn't have any friends to send mms too!
