I recently bought an item off here which was described by the seller as including something. They refered to it in words explicitly in a pm to me. When the item was delivered it wasn't complete as it didn't include the mentioned item which I have queried with the seller. He now says that's why HE sold it !
I dont want to name and shame or make a big fuss but he seriously misled me to put it mildly.
I would be grateful if a moderator would comment.

Your item showing up without the accessory is not so bad as bobafett showing up here without a brain. We all assumed people posting here would have one, but apparently not. Its just a part of life.

A moderator can hardly be expected to do anything about that. You'll just have to mark it up as experience, It's to be expected really. Take it up with the seller, if he does nothing name and shame.

There was no mention of a clip in the final threads when i put the case for £7 , i have dealt with many on here and have a Ebay 100% positive feedback.
There was no mention of a clip on the last pm's to you , so what is all the fuss about.
Just send me the damm case back as it was sent to you in a unused (new) condition and l will return the £7 to you.
As for name and shame i don't think so my friend.

I have posts that show a certain .... flexibility in your communications but its not worth getting heated about. If you think you behaved well then you did.
