Hi Everybody,
I have read by now thousands of posts but could not find anything that would help me. Therefore Newbie-Question No 1 again:
How do I get the above setup working?!
I suppose the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack could be responsible, I slowly beleive the software is a piece of crap... I could achieve following so far: T610 recognizes Laptop, allows to choose connection but shows no services available. Laptop recognizes T610 and can connect with following services: DUN, Serial 1 and Serial 2. All other services are disabled. When I connect, laptop means connected, T610 shows blue arrows, I suppose it means connected as well... but that was it! The Sony Ericsson Software does not recognize the phone, I find no way to synchronize with Outlook.
With I/R connection I managed to build up a Dial Up Connection to my provider but after getting connected there is no communication, although the Modem Driver seems to be OK (no generic driver, Sony Ericsson recognized).
The manuals from Sony Ericsson are not a great help either ("To use Bluetooth switch Bluetooth on..."). Sounds easy but it does not work that way
As for the software used: Windows XP Professional with all SPs and patches available, Office 2003 with all patches, Toshiba Bluetooth Stack (I found no other way in WinXP to activate Bluetooth)
I am sure this (or similar) questions have been posted several times, I am sorry crying out loud for help... just some links to any manuals or previous posts would be a great help!
Thank you, I appreciate your efforts.
