here in Sweden it's not illegal driving while talking in a mobile phone, even though many want a law against it. |

Here in Norway you'll have to fork out 1000NKr if you get cought.
The thing is the Police don't really bother about it.
Personally I think the whole thing is a big scam!
What is more dangerous than this wire up to your ear? (That is what most people use) It gets tangeled up around the gear shifter and when the phone rings you get more worried of untangeling that wire than actually driving the car.

In uk its an instant fine of between £50-100. And anything up to or beyond £1000 if it goes to court

Lol not in Uk, only very light tints are allowed on front windows. it is also illegal to use a handsfree kit with a wire from phone to ear, as you arn't allowed to touch the phone, and the wire suggests you will, so you either need BT or a proper car handsfree kit.
